Section 106
We generate bids on Section 106 opportunities on sites from the early stages of planning. We work to negotiate with all parties to ensure we deliver the best possible outcome for the scheme. Our approach helps to support viability.
Additionality
Helping to deliver additional affordable homes means we sometimes negotiate increased unit numbers over and above the S106 requirement. We often work on projects where a client has a specific housing requirement or needs to find stock to fulfil strategic plans.
Bulk portfolio sales
Working with both Housebuilders and Affordable Housing providers we have sourced and negotiated on a number of high-volume portfolio sales. This is a key part of our offering to help increase affordable housing supply across the UK.
Partnerships
Often we can add the highest value to organisations by creating partnerships between Housebuilders and Affordable Housing providers. Our network, coupled with our expertise allows us to open the door to new and fruitful partnerships in this arena.
Land led schemes
We understand that longer-term strategic goals are often served best by sourcing land-led opportunities. This also allows schemes to be thoughtful planned and maximised and best of all; helps to create communities and places for people to live and thrive.
Consultancy
And for everything else, we offer bespoke consultancy services across the sector. From viability studies to house type portfolio review all the way to board-level oversight sight and advice- talk to us about how best we can support you.
Our launch and growth
We will initially focus on delivering opportunities to those active in the South and South West of the UK, as we already have a strong network in the area. We plan to launch The Partnership Gateway in late 2023 with that geographic focus.
We intend to onboard opportunities and members throughout the UK from launch and proactively grow from the South upwards from early 2024 - we are keen to ensure anyone registering with us understands the Members Portal and available opportunities will continue to grow in the coming months.
