Whilst the foundation of The Partnership Gateway originates from our work with Housebuilders, we have grown vast experience and understanding of the Affordable Housing Sector. This, coupled with our network of Housebuilders and ability to connect and create fruitful relationships, means we can support organisations across the sector in their delivery.

Our forensic understanding of the parameters you work within enables us to sense-check opportunities from Housebuilders. We understand legislative compliance and requirements and are sensitive to Net Zero and sustainability agendas.
We have experience working with LA’s and on individual projects to acquire land-led schemes, including larger scale package opportunities through to sourcing a small number of off-the-shelf units to support a Government-led resettlement scheme for Local Authority.
